Phoenix Premier Pools is a family-owned, licensed pool service company based in the Phoenix metro. We started for a simple reason — too many pool customers we knew were stuck dealing with the same complaints over and over: missed visits, vague pricing, surprise charges, a different tech every week, no record of what got done. Pool service didn’t need to be reinvented. It just needed to be done right, consistently, by people who actually answer the phone.

So that’s the company we built. Direct W-2 technicians (no subcontractors, no day labor). Flat-price monthly quotes that don’t change six months in. Same tech on your property each week, whenever the route allows. A written service card on the door every visit with chemistry readings, services performed, and anything we flagged for next time. Who actually does the pool work — employees or subcontractors?

Direct W-2 employees. Every technician on every visit is on our payroll — not a subcontractor, not a 1099 day-labor crew, not a referral partner. That matters because our techs go through training we control, follow protocols we wrote, and answer to us when something needs to be made right. It also means the person at your pool today is the person who’ll be at your pool next week.

Do the same techs run the same routes each week?

Yes — route consistency is one of the things we work hardest to protect. Same tech on your property each week means they know your pool’s baseline chemistry, what your equipment normally sounds like, and which gate the dog comes out of. When a tech is on vacation or there’s a route shuffle, you get a text from us before it happens, not a stranger in your backyard.

Are technicians background-checked before they enter my yard?

Yes. Every full-time technician goes through a criminal-background check before their first solo route. We also carry general-liability and workers’-comp coverage on every employee, and we can produce a Certificate of Insurance on request. For HOA and guard-gated work we routinely send the COI directly to the property manager before the first visit.

What pool brands and equipment are your techs trained on?

We service Pentair, Hayward, Jandy/Zodiac, Polaris, and Aqualink/Aquaconnect across pumps, filters, heaters, salt cells, automation, and cleaners — the manufacturers that cover roughly 95% of Arizona residential pool equipment. Manufacturer-spec procedures, real OEM parts, and same-day diagnostics for most common failures. For unusual or commercial-grade equipment, we’ll say so up front and refer or partner where it makes sense.
