What you actually get

Built for Phoenix pools.

A weekly visit in Phoenix isn’t the same as a weekly visit anywhere else. Our routine is calibrated for Arizona water chemistry, Arizona heat, and the way desert pools behave between visits.

Swim-ready year-round

Consistent cleaning and balanced chemistry means you stop thinking about the pool between parties. Same time each week, same technician, same routine — your pool gets the same level of care whether you’re home for it or not.

Equipment that lasts longer

We catch drifts early — pump whine, early staining, filter pressure creep, salt-cell voltage drift — before they become expensive repairs. Catching an issue at $40 is cheaper than replacing a pump at $800.

Zero guessing between visits

Every visit leaves a written service card with chemistry readings, what we did, and anything we flagged. No wondering if someone came by, no guessing whether the pool is balanced — it’s all documented in writing.

Every week, every pool

Here’s exactly what we do.

Six concrete tasks, documented every visit.

Physical cleaning

Skim surface debris. Brush walls and tile line. Vacuum the floor as needed. Brushing also disturbs algae spores before they take hold on plaster or grout.

Basket service

Empty skimmer and pump baskets. Blocked baskets starve circulation and shorten pump life — weekly clearing keeps the whole system healthy.

Filter check

Read filter pressure. Backwash or clean per schedule. Flag early pressure creep so you know before filter media replacement becomes urgent.

Chemistry balance

Test and dose pH, free chlorine, total alkalinity, cyanuric acid, and calcium hardness. Every parameter brought into target range before we leave.

Equipment walk

Listen and watch pump, filter, heater, salt cell, and automation. Anything abnormal — noise, smell, leak, voltage drift — gets noted on your service card for follow-up.

Written service card

Date, time, chemistry readings, services performed, and any items flagged for next time. Left at your door so you always see exactly what got done.

Built for Phoenix water

Why desert pool care is different.

Three things that matter more in Phoenix than anywhere else — and that we account for every visit.

Calcium & hard water

Phoenix tap water runs 250–400 ppm calcium hardness — among the hardest municipal water in the country. Left unchecked, calcium scales tile lines, etches plaster, and destroys salt-cell plates early. We balance pH and alkalinity to keep calcium in solution so it never precipitates in the first place.

UV & stabilizer

Desert UV destroys free chlorine in hours. Cyanuric acid (stabilizer) protects it, but CYA creeps up over time and “locks” chlorine from working — your test strip reads fine but nothing is sanitizing. We track the free-chlorine/CYA ratio and recommend partial drains when stabilizer climbs past ~50 ppm.

Monsoon debris

July through September dumps dust, pollen, palm debris, and mesquite leaves overnight. Monsoon cleanup is part of your regular weekly visit — not an upcharge, not a reason to skip. We time routes around the forecast when possible so the pool still looks right for the weekend.

How it starts

Four steps from quote to your first visit.

No forms to chase, no pressure call, no surprises at the bottom of a contract.

Quote, same day

Tell us about your pool by phone, text, or the form. We quote flat and free, usually back within hours.

Free walkthrough

We visit to test water, inspect equipment, and confirm scope. No charge, no pressure, no upsell.

First visit within the week

Most new routes start within 3–5 business days. The first visit brings chemistry into target and leaves your service card.

Weekly routine

Same day each week, consistent technician when possible, written card every time. If something changes, we text you.

Our commitment

Here’s what’s in writing.

Instead of a wall of online reviews, here’s our promise on weekly service. Every line below is something you can hold us to.

Same-week start

Most new weekly routes begin within 3–5 business days of your free assessment. We don’t make you wait three weeks for an opening, and we don’t front-load your first month with a “startup fee.”

Flat-price quotes, no surprises

Every weekly quote comes back flat and free, usually within hours of the assessment. What we quote is what you pay each month — no hourly meter, no “diagnostic fees” tacked on later, no surprise quarterly price bumps.

Make-it-right promise

If you’re not satisfied with a visit, tell us. We’ll redo it or refund it — no arguing, no excuses. We’d rather fix the problem than keep your dollar and lose your next month.

Weekly service, answered

Common questions.

If your question isn’t here, call or text — we typically reply same-day.

(602) 879-3902
How long does a visit take?

Most residential pools take 15–30 minutes, depending on size and current condition. First visits often run 45–60 minutes while we test baseline chemistry, walk through every piece of equipment, and bring everything into balance. After that, it’s steady weekly maintenance — in and out, pool looking right.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most customers aren’t. We just need yard access — gate code, unlocked side gate, or hidden key. The service card on the door confirms we were there.

Is there a long-term contract?

No contract. You pay month-to-month and can cancel any time with no fee or penalty. We’ve been asked why — the answer’s simple: if the service isn’t working for you, we’d rather know. A locked contract just turns a bad experience into a legal fight nobody wants.

What happens if a monsoon storm hits between visits?

Most monsoon debris is handled at your next regular visit. If the skimmer is blocked or the pool looks bad, call or text — we’ll swing by when possible.

Can I do bi-weekly instead of weekly?

Bi-weekly is available November through February when chemistry drifts slowly. From April through October we recommend weekly — Phoenix heat makes 14 days too long between visits.

What if my pool turns green?

Green pools happen — vacation, equipment failure, chemistry that ran away during a hot week. A one-time deep cleaning recovers most green pools in 3–7 days using shock treatment, brushing, filter runs, and partial drains. Weekly service resumes once the water is back, and we adjust the chemistry strategy to prevent a repeat.
