A text message to (602) 879-3902 is the fastest route during the day. Calls go through during business hours; outside of those, calls roll to voicemail and we return them in the order received the next morning. The Get a Quote form on this page works fine too, but in our experience the fastest back-and-forth is just a text.
Can I text photos of my pool or equipment instead of describing it on the phone?
Please do — photos save everyone time. Send a wide shot of the pool, a close shot of any visible problem (algae, scale, equipment leak), and a photo of your equipment pad if the question is about a pump, filter, heater, or salt cell. We can usually quote and diagnose more accurately from three good photos than from a five-minute phone description.
How long does it take to get a quote back?
Most weekly-service quotes go out within a few hours of your first message during business hours. Larger jobs — remodels, equipment overhauls, full sanitation conversions — usually need a free site visit before a final quote, which we typically schedule within 1–2 business days. Either way, we never ghost; if a quote takes longer than expected, we tell you why.
Do you respond outside of business hours?
Posted hours are Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We do read texts after hours, but typical replies don’t go out until business hours. If you message in the evening, expect a reply by mid-morning the next business day rather than that night.
What information should I have ready when I call for a quote?
Helpful but not required: pool size or rough gallons, finish type (plaster, pebble, quartz), age of the pool if you know it, current sanitizer (chlorine, salt, or other), what equipment you have on the pad, and the rough zip code of the property. If you don’t know any of that, no problem — we can figure it out at the free assessment.
